Fireproof Coating Treatment
The intumescent fireproof coating used on the surface of wooden fire doors will rapidly expand at high temperatures to form a carbonized layer that is more than 20 times thicker than the original coating. The carbon layer has an extremely low thermal conductivity, which can reduce the heat transfer rate by 60% to 70%, thereby delaying the damage to the door caused by high temperature.

Not-Easy-To-Deform Door Body
Wooden fireproof doors use solid wood core materials that have been dried, with a moisture content controlled between 10% and 12%, ensuring that the door leaf is not easy to crack or deform under different climatic conditions. At the same time, its internal structure is spliced through a lamination process, so that the overall bending resistance of the door body reaches the national standard requirement of ≥800N.

 

The wooden fireproof door is also equipped with a fire seal, which can expand the door seam at high temperature, further isolate smoke and heat, and maintain the relative safety of the escape channel. The fireproof coating of the surface treatment not only enhances the fireproof performance, but also maintains the natural texture and color of the wooden door, meeting the dual needs of people for beauty and safety.
