Fireproof Hotel Doors

Strong Fire Resistance
The hotel fire doors use fireproof panels and flame-retardant core materials certified by the National Fire Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. They can maintain structural integrity for 1.5 hours at a high temperature of 1000℃ without being burned through, effectively preventing the spread of flames.

Smoke Sealing Design
The door frame and the door leaf are equipped with fireproof sealing strips made of graphite expansion materials. When exposed to high temperatures, they will expand rapidly to block the door gap, prevent toxic smoke from spreading through the gap, and control the smoke leakage to less than 3m³/min, in line with the EN1634-3 smoke control standard.

High Structural Strength
The door body uses galvanized steel plate as the surface material, and is filled with fireproof perlite or rock wool core materials to ensure the overall structure is strong. The door leaf has an impact resistance of ≥50J, is not easy to deform, crack or sag, and meets the GB12955 strength standard.

Fire Door Accessories

Fire door accessories include door closers, coordinators, fire-rated locks, and fireproof hinges. These parts work together to ensure the door can close securely during a fire and help stop flames and smoke from spreading.

Door Closer
This device automatically controls how fast and how strongly the door closes. It prevents the door from being left open accidentally-such as by wind or people-so the fire door can stay shut when needed.

Coordinator
For double doors, the coordinator makes sure the doors close in the right order-first the inactive leaf, then the active one. This prevents gaps that might let smoke or fire through.

Fire-rated Lock
A fire-rated lock functions like a regular lock but is made to keep working under high heat. This allows emergency workers to open doors even during a fire, improving rescue efficiency.

Fireproof Hinge
The hinge connects the door to the frame. Fireproof hinges are made of heat-resistant materials and remain structurally stable at high temperatures, ensuring the door can open and close normally during a fire.
